Welcome to my creative space!

Hi! i'm Alex, a dedicated artist located in South Lanarkshire with a lifelong devotion to art and a specialty in portraiture. Since my earliest memories, I have been driven by a creative spark that continues to inspire my journey today.


My goal as an artist is always to translate the authentic personality and soul of every individual I illustrate onto the page or bauble!

As a portrait artist, I understand how important it is to capture the people we love. Whether they're still here with us or sadly no longer are, a lifelike portrait can become something incredibly meaningful, preserving a person's character, expression and the memories we hold so close.

​

I also know just how important our animals are to us. Im a dog mum to two crazy staffies myself, so I understand the love, personality and special bond we share with them.

​

I want to help people all over the world remember the loved ones, both two-legged and four-legged, who mean so much to them. My aim is to capture the little details and personality that make each subject unique, creating artwork that can be kept, treasured and cherished for years to come. 

​

 

A unique side of my business began in 2020 when I was asked to hand-paint a custom Christmas bauble featuring a client's pet. This adorable concept resonated with me immediately, and I have continued to offer these bespoke miniature artworks every year since.
